Thanks for your interest in the BHS Speech Team! If you are already a speech team member, you'll find these online documents very useful (meet calendar, team list, etc.). If you are new to the speech team, you will also find the information for beginners useful! Speech team has 13 categories to choose from, sort of like the various events a track team has to offer... without all the running! I truly believe speech team is for everyone; it is such a proven way to improve your confidence from the inside out. We'd love to call you a member of our team. Plus, our coaching staff is flexible and willing to work around other activities in which you may participate.

Booster Club

Please consider becoming a BHS Speech Booster!

The BHS Booster Club provides opportunities and resources to the speech team that we would otherwise go without. The Boosters have been instrumental in providing a meal at our awards banquet, providing extra hotel rooms at our state tournament, purchasing senior gifts, as well as providing refreshments and chaperones at our home speech events. A membership is just $10; it is money well spent on our youth!
