CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION 2025
The Breckenridge School District will hold one session of the classroom portion of driver education. Class will be held from 9am to Noon, Monday through Friday, from July 21 to August 1.
Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. on January 15th. Please use the link below to register and pay.
DRIVER EDUCATION REGISTRATION
Students who are 14 may take the classroom portion of driver education.
The non-refundable tuition fee of $325 includes 30 classroom hours and 6 behind-the-wheel hours.

Students may take driver education from any state approved school program or private provider. Please see the list of approved driving schools linked above on this web page.
Breckenridge driver education instructors will only conduct behind-the-wheel lessons with students who have completed the classroom portion of driver education with the Breckenridge Public School District. Students who have taken an online class for driver education, completed a homeschool curriculum, or students who completed the classroom portion with another school district will not be allowed to sign up for behind-the-wheel lessons with the Breckenridge Public School District.
